You may have submitted a general trace and it came back as negative. Most often this is due to lack of information.

We dig into the subject to gather as much information as we can then re-submit the trace with the new information.

Often this results in a successful trace.

This is on a no success full refund option, and it costs us time and money to gather the information, however, if we can still not find the subject then we will still issue a full refund to you.

We require a month for this search. 

So if we can not locate the subject then we will issue a full refund and our time and cost is on us.
