You have to get an OS map, mark the land you want to search then send it off to the Land Registry. They can then search it for you and confirm if the land is registered and the title number. This is called a SIM search. 

Or you can use the land registry search by map search. If you identify the land on the photo then you can mark it and get the match for it.
